Painting, Booth 914
The pictorial and emotional environment surrounding me defines my artwork. Seduced by a certain ideal of beauty, I listen to the chromatic vibrations that cast a light on reality, which help me remodel it: hovering between figuration and abstraction. The subject is inscribed in my memory. An imaginary spring comes to mind, recalling various floral shapes. I work touch by touch, in a dissonant harmony. My compositions are mainly frontal and the absence of perspective favors a certain playfulness. I use acrylics with a mix of numerous techniques. After having practiced Law for over 10 years, I decided to devote my entire time to my artistic process. My work is shown in galleries throughout Quebec and in Ontario.
